POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY SMOOTHIE


Best use: Snack, Post-Workout
Preparation time: 5 minutes

The easiest way to use chia seeds is simply sprinkled in smoothies. Whether in a breakfast, brunch or post workout shake these little guys add omega3, protein and antioxidants. I've shared my go to post workout shake below.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 
  2. Sprinkle with Chia Seeds
  3. Shake, stir and enjoy!

Tips: Chia seeds absorb up to 10x their weight in water so remember not to add too many or your smoothie will become a porridge!
