Mango Coconut Smoothie

MANGO & COCONUT SMOOTHIE


Best use: breakfast , snack , post-workout
Preparation time: 5 minutes

A mango coconut margarita, substituting alcohol for amino acids! An absolute personal favourite of mine – tastes delicious and hits the spot first thing in the morning or after a hard training session.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Can sliced mango
  • ½ Can Coconut milk
  • 2-3 Scoops Wheyhouse Unflavoured WPC / WPI
  • Handful of Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth.
  2. For breakfast I add 1-2 cups of oats. This will make the mix quite thick so I usually add the rest of the can of coconut milk or top up with tap water.

Tips: Chill factor is the key to this one so make sure you add plenty of ice to the mix. It may be hard but try not to over indulge as this smoothie is quite calorie rich with the coconut milk.
